Ben Champkin Trainee Chef at The Eastbury Hotel in Sherborne, is congratulated by Mark Hix after Mark judged Ben to be the Winner of the Dorset Young Seafood Master Chef Challenge. Ben competed in the live cook off demonstration on Sunday 10th July, at the Dorset Seafood Festival in Weymouth. Ben’s winning dish of Roasted sea bass, warm lobster, broad beans and pea fricassee and clear tomato essence, can now be enjoyed at The Eastbury Hotel, Sherborne. (In August last year Ben was crowned SW Chef of the Year by Michael Caines MBE)
