Sealife Tower Weymouth site This morning saw the officla ground breaking ceremony at the site of the Sealife Tower Weymouth with the Mayor present, Merlin Entertainment Management, the Ladies Olympic Match Race Team GBR and members of the local business community there to witness this special event.
